Startups 100 is a ‘countdown’ of some of the UK’s best start-up companies that demonstrate considerable success or show a strong likelihood of becoming a fast-growth company.
To make it into the Startups 100 a business must be innovative and original in some way, or taking on an established market with a new or pioneering approach.
Applicants will be judged on growth potential, management, social responsibility and evidence of existing or future revenues. Companies that have featured in the list in previous years have enjoyed rapid growth since being listed.
The benefits of entering the programme are as follows:

The sponsor is looking for businesses that are innovative and original in some way, or taking on an established market with a new or pioneering approach. To be considered for the list the entrant business must:
*have launched on or after 1 January 2011;
*be UK-based and privately owned
*be innovative, exciting or able to demonstrate considerable success or potential for fast-growth.
The deadline for entries has been extended to Monday 14 April 2014
The Startups 100 2014 list will be announced in the spring.
